Jey Chan

Born and raised in Singapore, Jey Chan has had experiences in a few remarkable places: from undergoing military training at the desert of Jhansi, India to teaching English in the high mountains of Kyrgyzstan.

Since joining ICE in 2014, he has managed hundreds of events as Programme Manager with 100+ educational institutions. As a key trainer in ICE, he has also given several speeches (including TEDx talks) in Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Taiwan on education and culture.

He is concurrently serving as a Youth Startup Support Coordinator with the United Nations Development Programme, helping to match promising startups in APAC region with funding opportunities and mentorship from the Citi Foundation.
