ICE is delighted to witness the growing participation of local schools in the realm of Model United Nations (MUN), which serves as a creative platform for exploring our planet, its diverse cultures, and international relations, while practising speech writing, diplomacy and research skills.
What began as a collaboration with The Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education (HKAGE) has evolved into engaging MUN sessions with a wide range of schools, including St. Clare’s Girls’ School, Holy Trinity College, St. Rose of Lima’s College, King’s College, Shatin Methodist College, Stewards Pooi Kei College, and many others.
What was previously the turf of international schools is now a playground for anyone in Hong Kong to discover! Let’s hope for more Model United Nations, and more understanding of the world!
ICE非常高興見證香港本地學校在模擬聯合國（MUN）領域中的日益參與，這是一個創意平台，讓學生們探索我們的星球、豐富多元的文化和國際關係，同時培養演講寫作、外交和研究技巧。
從與香港資優教育學院（HKAGE）的合作開始，我們已經與多所學校展開了精彩的#MUN活動，包括聖嘉勒女書院、寶血會上智英文書院、聖羅撒學院、聖母聖心書院、英皇書院、沙田循道衛理書院、香港神託會培基書院等。
過去，模擬聯合國活動僅限於國際學校的領域，但現在這活動已經開始普及化。我們期望未來能給更多本地學校的學生提供認識、了解及參與模擬聯合國活動的機會，從而增加他們對世界的理解。
