Application Process:
- Submit Application: Complete and submit an online application form. Application deadline is on 22 May 2018 HKT GMT+8.
- Application review: ICE will determine whether or not to shortlist you. If necessary, ICE will contact you for follow-up questions via email or phone.
- Wait for application confirmation: After your application is confirmed. ICE will contact you for more details in order to proceed to the next step.
- Make Payment: Once your acceptance is confirmed, you may proceed to make payment for the programme. Payment instructions can be found here.
- Confirmation of the trip: A confirmation email of the trip will be sent by 27 May 2018 (Sunday). If the number of participants fails to meet the minimum number, ICE may choose to cancel the trip and the full programme fee will be refunded.
- (Optional) Coming from other countries: If you are coming from the EU/outside of Hong Kong/Mainland China/Taiwan, you may choose to buy your own return flight tickets. CHF 1000 will be discounted from your programme package.
- Prepare and Enjoy! Prepare your visa, personal travel insurance and your mind! We will send you regular updates as the date arrives closer to the Social Innovation Trip. Please stay tuned by checking your e-mail regularly for important updates/news!
